The game won't load, freezes etc

If you are experiencing any issues with game loading or performance, or if the game or some elements of it do not work properly, please follow these steps

- clear the browser's cache (how to do this: https://nexters.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201026427 )

- upgrade Adobe Flash Player and browser. You can install the actual Flash Player version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

- try to use another browser

- disable AdBlock or any other blocking plug-in

- temporarily disable your antivirus software and firewall as they can prevent game data transferring to the server.

**Please note:** we kindly ask you to use *all* of these steps in case if one of them doesn't resolve the problem.
